Litigation searches are an integral part of deciphering a candidate’s past habits. They help determine whether an employee has made a habit of suing past employers, neglects to follow through on business or personal contractual obligations, or misses tax payments, among other issues.
Litigation searches are conducted in each state the candidate has lived and we report any adverse findings (in compliance with the FCRA guidelines).
