Litigation Searches

Litigation searches are an integral part of deciphering a candidate’s past habits.  They help determine whether an employee has made a habit of suing past employers, neglects to follow through on business or personal contractual obligations, or misses tax payments, among other issues.

Litigation searches are conducted in each state the candidate has lived and we report any adverse findings (in compliance with the FCRA guidelines).  In addition, searches of bankruptcy and federal litigation records can be conducted to ensure a candidate is not, or has not been, involved in any type of litigation which may result in harm to your company.
