Criminal History

Due diligence investigations, much like employment screenings, utilize criminal record searches as a crucial element of investigating an individual’s background.  Thorough searches of county-wide, state-wide, and federal criminal records, as well as sex offender records, driving record, and Patriot Act records are conducted and any and all arrests, records, and convictions are reported.  Unlike Employment Screenings, due diligence investigations do not require compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and therefore utilize little or no limits in what can and will be reported to our clients.
